Positive: nice big room in shared house ,with mix of long term residents , and overnight visitors to the nec.
good curry house just up the road, and small supermarket.

Negative: because your sharing the four double roomhouse with other unknown people, you have to make the choice of paying £5 to share any damage bills, or pay £25 extra for insurance against other people accidents/ not washing up/ not putting bins out surcharges.. luckily there are many options here like an extra £10 charge if you need a hand checking in, or an extra charge if you want to check out a bit later, as with only one bath, you have to wait till the others have gone before your its turn to brush your teeth. no plug in bath.
