Meh Negative: Relatively well located. Direct bus line to the city center. About 20-30 minutes. A shared house that used to be good but lacks maintenance. Two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. The water is hot for 1 minute and cold the next. It's pulsating. Also, there's no insulation in the bathroom, so you can feel the cold from the street. The kitchen is simple, but no one cooks there because it's uncomfortable, and cleanliness is questionable. The living room and common area only have a sofa. Nothing else. The rooms don’t have wardrobes or hangers. You have to buy them. You can hear everything inside the rooms. When walking, the wooden floor creaks a lot. If someone walks above my room, I hear everything. If they go left, I hear it. If they wake up at 6 am and step on the floor, I hear it. The creaking of the wood is incredible. There is supposedly a cleaning service. Not once did they come to my room to change the sheets or bedding, even when asked. From my first day to my last, there was a pot with rice left unwashed in the kitchen. Not once did the cleaning ladies touch it. For 6 weeks. They only change the toilet paper and take out the trash. The room has a mini-fridge, microwave, and television, but nothing else besides the bed. In summary, it’s an accommodation that used to be good, but lacks maintenance. It’s clear now that it’s just used to host guests and make money, with no further concerns.

good value-for-money room A++ Positive: Good room, good value. Great landlord! very responsive and easy to deal with... and KIND. (and communicative) :-) Negative: landing areas upstairs were super narrow(claustrophobic).

Value for money Positive: 1. The site is surrounded by stores and restaurants 2. The bedroom is equiped with microwave oven, TV and refridge 3. Quiet annd robust community 4. Close to bus 94, 95 stop, the buses are frequent Negative: 1. No instruction for using the washing machine, I had to search the user manual online and I spent half hour to figure it out. The management should also tell the tenant how to double lock the front door. 2. The toilet on the 1st floor is filled with odour, so I used the bathroom at the ground floor in most of the time, which is in much better sanitary condition
