Excellent, Flexible and Worthy.
Positive: Mr. Shah, He is excellent. I'd recommend and can suggest anyone who want to live here. Very near to all shops, commutable distance from City Centre. Happy Living, happy people.
Negative: I can recommend, but I'd say nothing negative I found.

Positive: It was a 20-25 mins bus journey from the city centre. My room was clean and spacious.
Negative: Neighbourhood wasn't very nice. Bathroom and toilet were not clean. House has the nosiest stairs you can ever hear in your life. Similarly, you can hear every single move a person makes in the house. No sleep if you are a light sleeper.
